Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using sociality, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Codebrew OG, Salzburg, Austria (FN 607101 x, Landesgericht Salzburg), the operator of sociality. Full company details are in the imprint.

What sociality is

sociality is a community where creators earn credits by leaving verified likes and quality-graded comments on each other's posts on supported platforms (currently Instagram and TikTok). Credits can be spent to receive verified engagement on your own posts. sociality is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or ByteDance Ltd.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires a higher minimum age).
• You must have an account on at least one supported platform (currently Instagram or TikTok) that you own and control.
• You must provide accurate account information during signup.
• One account per person. Multi-account operation is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit low-effort, spammy, or AI-generated comments to earn credits dishonestly.
• Automate any part of the engagement flow using bots, scripts, or browser automation tools other than the official sociality Chrome extension.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with sociality's credit-verification systems.
• Use the service to harass, harm, or defame other users or third parties.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, earn caps, or other platform limits.

Credits and cost

Credits are a virtual in-platform unit with no monetary value outside sociality. They are earned by engaging, never bought. They cannot be purchased, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts.

sociality is free. There are no paid plans and nothing in the product can be purchased. If paid plans are ever introduced, the free plan will continue to cover the entire product, and these terms will be updated and announced in advance.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of comments and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant sociality a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of AI-quality grading and spam detection. Comment text is deleted within 90 days of submission.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. sociality does not control and is not liable for any content posted on third-party platforms.

Moderation and bans

sociality may issue warnings, temporary soft-bans, or permanent bans for violations of these terms. Soft-bans escalate from 24 hours to 7 days to permanent. You may appeal a ban via the in-app appeal form within 14 days of the action. All moderation actions are logged in an immutable audit trail.

Disclaimer of warranties

sociality is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Engagement outcomes (credits received, audience reach) are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sociality's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. sociality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salzburg, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
